 Each course will begin at  Knights of Columbus Council Hall 2400 North Ave., Scotch Plains, NJ  (next to Charley Browns)     Please check in at least 30 minutes BEFORE your courses start time.

 

Course 1  

The Walk :   Sorry,  no walk this year. 

 

Course 2

 Beginners  A very easy  course.   This is a picturesque 5 mile bike ride.  Start time: 11:00 am.

 

Course 3

 

Intermediate  A13.5 mile bike ride.  Route is flat with contains no large hills to navigate.  Start   time: 10:00 am.

 

Course 4

 

Experienced   A challenging 35 mile bike ride.     Start time: 8:30
